Steve started in the automobile business in early 2001, beginning his career at Rassas Pontiac in Red Bank, later becoming Rassas Buick until their closure in 2013, As a Sales Associate. Growing up in the age of the Internet, Steve became an industry leader in the Social Media Market, growing their online presence before it became an industry norm. In 2004, Steve went to work for a Subaru / Jeep dealership, quickly moving into the Internet Department and then becoming the Business Development Manager, rescuing and rebuilding their BDC until early 2006, when he moved back to Rassas Buick to head up their Business Development Department. During his short tenure with the Chrysler Corporation, Steve was awarded with the 5-Star Certification and a Subaru Master Salesman. When the Rassas Family retired from the automobile industry in April of 2013, Steve came over to Straub Motors and began instantly to improve our online presence and establishing a successful Business Development Center and Customer Relations Specialist. Steve holds many certifications from GM, including Internet and Social Media awards and certifications and Business Development Specialist. Steve is a GM Mark of Excellence award winner, and is certified by General Motors as for his "Outstanding Product Knowledge and Customer Satisfaction."
