Hi.  I'm Ben Zani, a salesperson at Edd Kirby's Adventure Chevrolet, Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler.  Although I'm a new to car sales, I have a diversified work history, all of which has me doing what I love, connecting and helping people.

 

What do sports writing, hockey, publishing and nursing-home administration have in common?  Me!  That's right, I've held jobs in each of those fields.  Not only was I the Chattanooga News Chronicle sports and front-page writer, but in my free time I still work as a sportswriter covering high school teams for the Chattanooga Times Free Press.  I report on sports stories and cover local games.  Previously I also worked for EBSCO publishing and the Boston Bruins hockey team's sales department.  More recently, I served the last four years as a nursing-home administrator in Chattanooga, where I oversaw large nursing homes. 

 

As you may have guessed, I'm from Boston, born and raised.  While I hide my accent, I couldn't be prouder of my hometown, our sports teams, history and food.  Although I'm a Type 1 diabetic, I'm still able to sample all the amazing foods in Boston.  Let me tell you, they are G-O-O-D! 

 

My most importantly, I'm the proud father of my 2 year old, Ava Rose.  She's the light of my life and the best thing to ever happen to me.  She's so cute as she's learning her ABCs and 123s.  Ava's also doing gymnastics and soccer.  Watching her and the other 2 year old run around the field trying to kick a goal at a soccer game is hilarious. 

 

I'm really enjoying working at Edd Kirby, and helping people get a car based on their needs.  I feel blessed being able to not only meet them, but often put them in something better than they ever dreamed.  Learning what makes my customers happy, what makes them smile and what gets them up in the morning really makes my days great.
